Tools: OpenClaw, Claude Sonnet
Setup, access, approval gate, failure notes
- Setup / prompt
- "Unsubscribe me from all newsletters and promotional emails, keep only transactional emails and personal correspondence."
- Access required
- Full access to a throwaway Gmail account (~2,000 emails)
- HITL checkpoint
- Human spot-checked ~50 results afterward
- Outcome & failure notes
- Unsubscribed from 203 lists across 847 newsletter emails in ~20 minutes for ~$8 in API calls; ~90% accuracy on spot check. Missed some legitimate client emails sent via a marketing platform. Ran on a throwaway account, so blast radius was low.
- Evidence type
- Tester first-hand, 1 week
