- `drizzle-kit push --force` dropped 60+ production tables; no automatic backups, so the data was unrecoverable and ~8 hours of rebuild followed. Pattern repeats with `prisma db push --accept-data-loss` (issue #14411). Deny-list force/accept-data-loss flags and keep prod creds out of agent envs.
